About SARDCN Alliance

Who We Are

The Search and Rescue Dog Volunteer Alliance (SARDCN) is a grassroots, volunteer-driven network dedicated to the practical application of Search and Rescue (SAR) dogs in China. We operate as a purely technical, non-hierarchical community focused on mutual support and real-world response.

Our Impact

As of 2025, our alliance unites 126 dedicated volunteers and 97 registered SAR dogs (including 45 internally certified dogs) across 22 provinces in China. In 2025 alone, our volunteer teams traveled over 26,000 kilometers to execute 232 operational missions. We specialize in missing person searches—particularly for the elderly—and successfully located or assisted in finding the missing person in nearly half of our deployments last year.

Expertise & Vision

Our K9 teams specialize in complex wilderness tracking and rubble search. We integrate traditional canine olfaction with modern techniques, actively establishing joint operational protocols with China's official emergency management departments.
